Very quick and efficient, didn't have to wait very long even though the drive thru was busy. Only negative was all the to go orders were just sitting on the counter and they didn't pay attention to who grabbed what. Someone easily could have taken more than their order.

Third time I have come to order drinks. Again no coffee available. Asked if I will wait 10 minutes. Really. Asked for my scone NOT to be heated. It’s heated. Really.

Dev was awesome! He was super sweet over the phone and saved a cup for me to make sure I got it. This was probably the best experience at another Starbucks I’ve had outside of my own store that I work at. I felt immediately welcomed and greeted. Awesome job guys!
