I just wanted to give a shout out to Rachel and Lacey *****. These two are definitely assets to your business. As a business owner myself, I know first hand how valuable it is to have employees with compassion and integrity. Recently I reactivated my account with your guys. What I was told when I put it on hold for the winter was not what I received when I turned my account back on. I was also over charged when you guys billed my account for the first time after I reactivated my account. A couple of weeks ago I came into the salon on Decatur to cancel my membership due to the fact that what I had been told by the last couple of employees was not in fact the truth about my account. I was being told things that apparently did not apply. Rachel and Lacey were working the front desk. Too make a long story short, Rachel, within minutes deescalated my stress and concern over the matter. Out of the last three people I had spoke with, she seemed the most caring and definitely had the most integrity. Within a couple of days of speaking with her, I believe "Lacey" called just to check to make sure my issues had in fact been cleared up and to let me know that my refund was in the process of being put back on my credit card. Today when I checked my bank account, there it was, my refund. Just wanted to let you guys know that if Rachel is not already in some kind of management position, she should be. She did whatever it took to not let a loyal customer walk away. Great job ladies!!! Integrity isn't for sissies. Have a great day!

Everyone is very kind who helps run this store. Though I think we all have our favorites! Noelani is definitely my favorite go to lady! She greets everyone as they walk into the store with a friendly hello. She always has a smile on her face, and will go the extra mile for every single customer. She is truly personable and very warm hearted. I am always impressed how she remembers everybody’s name before she evens looks them up on the computer.She knows the best products to use and the most efficient way to tan.The store is always clean and organized. Noelani definitely my favorite staff to see in the store, every time I see her she puts a smile on my face! I truly believe that her talents are definitely not being utilized to the highest degree by this company. She is super knowledgeable and should definitely be part of marketing. She works well with the other staff and would be a great asset in training others across the nation. Super personable and fun to talk to, though I might have spelled her name incorrectly.

Love this location. Greeted with a warm welcome and always a smile The girls are awesome,friendly and they go out of your way to make sure your visit it well worth it. I recommend this Location to anyone who loves to tan.

I love going into the NW Las Vegas location on N Decatur. Ever person I have encountered there is so friendly and knowledgeable. And even though she is not a pushy salesperson at all, I always seem to buy something from Jessica! She just knows what I need I guess!
