Some good advice is to not ever go to a popeyes past 7 or 8 pm. I love popeyes but don't get it much because it's almost always an experience that's not worth it. I get there around 8:45, there's a long drive thru line but I wanted it so stayed. Didn't move for a long time. We decide to try to order it online and maybe come back when it's ready but after the online order is done if just says "your order will be done soon" and didn't even give the details of what I ordered so after getting back into the extremely long drive thru line because when ordering online the only option is to pick it up in the drive thru line because the lobby closes at 8...making the whole idea to order online completely pointless! I called them and by some miracle someone answered and told me to come to the door. They have no knowledge of my order I placed 20 minutes ago and they are almost out of everything. they have barely enough chicken but out of mashed potatoes/Mac and cheese close to all sides, they substitute 2 large for 3 smalls of something old cold and I didn't even want. I got fries but they were out of ketchup and had 1 sauce I wanted. they forgot the biscuits, I got them but they are hard and they were out of butter and honey. So in the end I spent $35 when the majority wasn't what I even wanted and what I did want was old and cold and what I did have was missing the other part of what makes it good. And I was there for over an hour. I gave more than 1 star because the kid that answered the phone and helped me did what he could to try and make up for it and substitute what they didn't have.

Came today ordered didn’t even offer any dipping sauce for my 3 piece tender combo. Never mentioned anything about not having any ice like it’s not over 100 degrees outside at that , so got soda and hi c fruit punch without ice without even being told.

Bought 8 pieces of chicken 4 wings and 4 thighs in the evening before closing and couldn't eat them, fried to hard but returned them the next day and they gave me fresh ones,and they were Delicious. Thanks Popeyes.

This place is terrible. Absolutely horrible. The staff and manager are rude and completely unprofessional. This location needs new management and trained staff. That understands how to treat customers and how to serve a respectable product. The food here absolutely sucks. It’s not representative of Popeyes at all. I Waited almost 15 mins and these fools brought me a bag of cold food no sorry for the wait or anything just shoved the bag at me and walked away. Absolutely unacceptable customer service and this was the manager of Popeyes. After waiting it Should been hot and fresh. I am disgusted with this Popeyes location. It’s not good for the Popeyes brand. The food is horrible. The staff is horrible. The manage is horrible. Staff and management are low class. I would recommend you spend your hard earned money somewhere that appreciates the business. Popeyes needs to fix this location. It’s simply nasty here.
