Heard multiple good things about this oyster bar, so I was finally able to experience it myself. I was in town with two friends of mine and we decided to head out to Palace Station a little after midnight. We got in line at about 1 am. I couldn't stand there as I knew it would be a long wait so I walked around and played slots as my two friends stayed in line. About two hours later, our seats were ready. All three of us ordered the Pan Roast which included a savory creamy tomato broth that included lobster, crab, shrimp, etc and a side of steamed rice. The raw oysters on half shell were served first to get our taste buds going. As we watched our dishes being prepared, the aroma of the broth is what excited me. When we were finally served the, all the stories and waiting were all worth it. It was very filling and flavorful. The spiciness level was just right with every bite. I was able to bring a small portion of it to go and planned to have it for breakfast the following morning. Two thumbs up from me and I will definitely dine here again.

I really like this restaurant. There was about an hour and a half wait but it was worth it. The chowder was great and the shrimp cocktail was great as well. The oysters were huge and very tasty.

The wait time is worth it. Although we got lucky after landing in Las Vegas and we didn’t have to wait that long. It’s a small bar, but the seafood here is fresh and delicious. Great service! I’m telling you the minute you get a gumbo or a pan roast it’s so hot that the meal stays at a perfect temp until you’re finished.Worth it. The oysters or clean. Very delicious. The shrimp Sweet very good.

Tourist fad we avoided until now. And we now understand. Quality and quantity is amazing for it's prices. Hand picked oysters were better than expected. Takes credit card. Monday after Veterans Weekend, 1030am and it was a 1.5hour wait. They seat you in order, not by party number jumping. We plan to order these again. - Pan Roasts Combo (shrimp, crab, lobster) $25.99, #5 spicy for person who likes medium spicy stuff. - Bouillabaisse (dairy free/tell them dairy allergy) $28.99, #2 spicy for person who likes mild to no spicy stuff. We still have to check out the $1 oyster deal from 5am-10am? Unsure what days that's offered and how busy it'll get from it. Free self parking in covered garage.
