We really enjoyed our stay here! This was one of the best rv resorts we’ve stayed at. It has a stream that flows through the back of the property, our pups loved it. The dog park was clean. We also loved that they had a pool & gym. We felt safe and the owners were very kind. We will be back 😁

Conveniently located although the Hwy traffic is super loud, although it does quiet down a bit at night. If you are a light sleeper, this will be a problem. We were there in March to do a little Spring skiing so things aren’t typically in full swing. It looks like they are opening up a lower level away from the Hwy so it might be quieter. Lots of mud I’m sure due to construction. Bathrooms were open; clean and showers available. Laundry was accessible. Again, clean facility. We did like the hot tub after skiing for the day. I’m sure the pool would be nice in the summer. Booking and check in were pleasant. I’m sure it’s an adequate spot for a few days, but that noise doesn’t make for a level “10” stay.

What a beautiful park! There is an upper level for overnighters and a lower level, close to a beautiful stream and hike! Other than an employee at check-in who was a bit rude (telling us that, “Check-in isn’t until 1.” I just think that it wasn’t necessary if she was able to check us in early, which she did. She could’ve just as easily said, “I’ll be with you in a second…”). Everyone else was amazing, especially Jill, who accommodated us after we had a flat tire! Only a seven minute drive to the outlet malls and everything else you could possibly need!

Haters will be haters. I thought this was a great place! It's right off the interstate, so of course you can hear traffic but the lower loops block some of the road noise. We stayed in one of the lower loops (G) and liked it a lot. H loop is probably a little less noisy still, but the layout may or may not appeal to all. The lower two loops have water and electrical only but there is a sewer dump up near the office ($20 if you are not a paying camper). I have to admit, I am not sure if I would be thrilled to be in the lower campgrounds if it were muddy but it was perfect for our summer stay. Jill was easy to work with. Pool was good with a nice view. The nature trail across the creek was very beautiful and seems like it must go all the way to town (I ran out of time to run it all the way out). The creek itself is a very healthy, beautiful stream, full of life. The tent sites are actually on the best piece of the property and very beautiful (and restroom quaint but nice). They are right along the creek, grassy, have covered picnic tables, are very well spaced out and were 100% vacant. Yes, you can find a quieter spot in a more remote campground when tenting it but here you can take the bike path or drive to all sorts of places very easily and quickly if your goal is to be conveniently located.

Great place to stay. Not real expensive and you can't beat location, being so close to the city.

Yes. Person above answered specifics. You need a 90 elbow. Also can fill your water tanks. This is an amazing stay, a river, river walk, miles of walking trails, prairie dogs everywhere, swings, several great showers, pool, hot tub, rec room, gym. Absolutely loved staying here. We stayed 3 days.
