The worst dining experience ever! Longhorns is better, no Joke! 4 people spend $900 and went home disgusted! Steaks were thin and tasteless, 9 oz Lobster tails were maybe half that size! Our service sucked and our waiter left the restaurant, and not to mention the rude General Manager that I believed she stated she was from Bulgaria? She put the icing on the take when she started to become violent when we made some suggestions, regarding our meal and the table next to us that had serious issues that were affecting our dining experience, Stay away!!!!

Food, service, and ambience were impeccable. Eunice was extremely attentive and added to our wonderful experience. Top 5 meals I have ever had. Anniversary dinner was a success! We will be flying back for the next one.

My wife and I came to Park City for our Honeymoon, and we dined at Edge Steakhouse during our visit. We were blown away by the staff, and the amazing dinner. Gilbert was our waiter and he was fantastic. He explained their menu perfectly and was attentive all evening. He created a positive experience that was far more than just a dinner. The staff ended the night with an amazing surprise that made our evening. It might not need to be said, but Edge Steakhouse has one of the best steaks in the U.S. Plus- their no yeast bread is something that needs to be experienced in person. We highly recommend Edge Steakhouse and thank them for their hospitality and service.

We had a nice dinner with our friends who happened to be in town the same time as us. Large selection of steaks that our server spent several minutes discussing. I enjoyed the 5 course tasting menu. Full bar menu with a large selection of wines. Definitely a special occasion place $$$$
