Usually I give Home Depot 5 stars - not this time. I ordered ahead of time then went to customer service to pick up my order. They gave me a sheet of paper and told me my order was down by the other end of the store in one of the isles. I went and looked and couldn't find it. There were 4 cashiers standing doing nothing. I asked them for assistance and they responded "No. Go back to customer service and have them help you.". I went back to customer service, stood in line again and then the same person asked me, "Did you even look for your order?" I explained that I did and that the 4 cashiers wouldn't help me. So she escorted me back to the other side of the store to show me how easy it is to find my order. Well, she couldn't find my order. She went back to her station on the other side of the store to find out who filed my order. That person came back looking for my order. He eventually found it and explained that someone had moved my order to the back of the store. He gave me the cart and left. My store in Arizona always asks if I need help loading my order - not this store. Apparently once they have your money they don't care about you any more. It must be nice to have a monopoly!

Bad customer service from woman with orange hair at the self check out. I had a question and touched the button for help. She came and helped but didn't say anything, so just gave me a bad look. 10:30am, Sunday July 10th, at the Park City Home Depot.

Went to look at the carpet selections and talk to a sales person. Found some samples myself because no sales people in sight! Kind of typical for Home Depot I'm sorry to say....
