The rent here is a little expensive for a place that was built so cheaply. The swamp cooler doesn't cool down half the rooms so be prepared to endure 90+ degrees in the apartment throughout the summer, and it opens the door for bugs to get in. There's mismatched painting on the walls (eggshell to glossy) and damages throughout the apartment from the last tenant as well as some mold. Also, I don't feel very secure about the door lock when I leave, on the door frame it's only a hole drilled into it. Despite all of that, props to management for trying to fix everything and being able to help whenever.

Would highly recommend these apartments! The apartments are beautiful and well kept, and the staff are so professional and kind. Also doing a lot of renovations. Great Job Kami!

I’ve lived here for about a year and half and it’s been rocky at times in the past but the new management seems to taking steps in the right direction and the times I’ve spoken to the new property manager Kami she’s been Great! very helpful, nice, professional in handling my needs. I would recommend staying here to anyone now that they have a great new and responsive team in charge of The Cove.

I lived here for a 1 1/2 yrs almost 2 if I could give negative stars I would. They are non-responsive when having an issue or even moving out. We’ve been trying to contact them for two months now leaving messages both on voicemail and with maintenance. There still has been zero response, now they sent us to collections without even properly contacting us back. We will be notifying the Better Business Bureau and I suggest anyone else who has an issue with this place does so as well.
