Do Not Recommend this place at all. My mother is an elderly , disabled veteran. They had her there with only floor heating that melted the bottoms of her chairs therefor she had to purchase space heaters and ZERO AC. The single small vent in the living room pushed out warm air and so much dust ...cups of it, this is AFTER they fixed it for her. She had to buy AC portable in house units. Her lease was up in July ....on July 1st she submitted a 60 day notice to move but didn't know where she was going to move so since there was not a forward address they refused to sign it . She went back August 1st and had a forwarding address , miraculously they didn't need that this time but told her even though her lease was up July 31st and she is month to month that she would have to now pay August and September. She already and to pay August and deposit at her new facility and the dishonest staff still is trying to make her pay an additional month. She is a 100% disabled veteran on a fixed income and can not afford to be scammed like this. She never had a late payment and never complained. I will be seeing this complex in court this is no0t legal nor ethical so renters beware of this disgusting place. I agree with the other reviews when I saw this place for the first time after my little brother moved her in there I was appalled. It it not maintained at all!

If I could give a zero I would! I never leave reviews. These people are so bad I decided to leave one. Jasmine is the worst person to deal with, she is rude and lied about every question I had. When til would go back they would sue something totally different from what they first told me. I have witnessed her being so rude to a co worker Vanessa and snapping her finger at her rolling her eyes. Vanessa doesn’t seem to know anything and Ituala is the only nice one but with how nice she is I question if it’s fake. No body cleans up after there dogs and management won’t do anything about it. The fees are insane. I’m telling you if you are leaving these apartments, don’t bother cleaning, they still charged even though I got the apartment in terrible condition and they refused to let me see the apartment I would be renting and made me sign a form saying they showed me. That’s a mistake on my part for signing. They only have a swamp cooler which didn’t work, all summer it was 84 in the apartment and they never came to fix until I threaten to go to my lawyer and it still didn’t get below 75 degrees, I had to buy a separate window AC unit so I didn’t die of a heat stroke. All around so bad, I could keep going.

Super friendly people in the office, AC and heat works, maintenance is quick and friendly. never felt unsafe or unwelcome here. just moved from seattle washington and it was easy to make this place homey. the pool is open despite other reviews and we haven’t seen any red flags with that. love it and would recommend to people looking for a starter apartment new to living on their own :)
