The new management made it nearly impossible for me to live with my service dogs. Suddenly new updated $200 paperwork was required for each animal. My paperwork had no expiration date and never needed updating before. At move out, I left the apartment in good condition and cleaned thoroughly before leaving. Only to later be notified my deposit suddenly wouldn’t cover the cost of the cleaning and they were billing me close to $200 additional for the cleaning on top of keeping my entire deposit. I do not recommend living here. The cost is not worth the less than mediocre facilities and unhelpful management. It is absolutely just a huge money grab. Please save yourselves and look elsewhere.

We enjoyed living here. It is a very nice place to live. BUT, don't expect to get a security deposit back. *Don't bother cleaning the apartment before you leave, they are just going to send in a cleaning company and bill you back after they are done. ($35/hour for 8.5 hours) We had already spent 2 days cleaning ourselves, it was cleaner than it was when we moved in. *They replaced half of the carpet and billed us for that. There was one bleach stain in the living room from a previous tenant (yes, i have evidence and it was on our move-in checklist) and a black mark from a breakfast bar that had been smashed into the carpet in the bedroom. This should have come out with a carpet cleaning, but they apparently do a walkthrough of the apartment before the carpet cleaners come? Our deposit was $1200, we got $300 back.

I have lived at Legacy for almost four years and just signed a lease for a fifth year. I love the location & having laundry machines in my apartment. Trina & everyone who has worked in the leasing office has been great. They’re always friendly and helpful. The maintenance team is always prompt & efficient. Adrian and his family do an excellent job. They seem to work 24/7 year round fulfilling our maintenance requests and keeping up on the grounds. The complex provides free annual carpet cleanings and a covered parking place. The pool, spa, gym and fire pit are awesome! They also do a great job building a community through events such as cookouts, yard games and even fun giveaways. I won an awesome pickle-ball set :) My only complaint has been about Blue Rim our internet provider. Legacy continues to address this issue on behalf of their residents and things have improved.

I lived here for 2 years and overall I enjoyed it. The location is good (close to walmart, shopping centers, hospital, USU, parks) and parking was always easy to find. I got an old apartment and you could definitely tell the quality difference between the newer ones and the older ones. The new ones are super clean and nice and updated while mine was pretty worn so my advice would be to spend the extra money and get a new one. My carpet was very old and worn and everything in the apartment was pretty dated. But the price was affordable, so you pay for what you get. My biggest complaint would be how thin the ceilings/floors are because I could hear my neighbors ALL the time, which is a huge pet peeve of mine. Management was good and maintenance was EXCELLENT. Adrian and his boys are the most kind, honest, and hard working men and Legacy should do what they can to keep them because those types of workers are hard to come by. Pet friendly and I met lots of people that also had dogs for mine to play with. When I first moved here they didn't have a dog park, but after we all requested one they put one in so that does go to show that they listen! Overall, I do recommend them and the only reason I gave them 4/5 is because of the thin floors and how generally worn down my apartment was (but again, the updated ones are nicer).
