I talked to these guys about signing in possibly. I really liked that they actually would respond within a decent amount of time. Alot of landlords these days will hardly respond at all. The only thing that stopped me from going with Oak Meadows was the fact that the rent was $1400. I might consider trying back later if I find a roommate to go with me. The main reason why I looked into Oak Meadows was because someone I knew lived there. It sounds like the parking is decent and visitors can actually park without getting booted. Keep in mind I have generally been near campus, and the booters are pretty bad near campus. So I will just say it could potentially be a good place to go in the future.

Careful when signing a lease with roommates here. The office will keep your deposit after your lease is ended and say they cant give it to you till your roommates lease ends too. Well then why are we signing different pieces of paper? Yea I never saw that money again. I'd highly reccomend the other affordable, less shady complexes around the valley

Our family has lived here for three years and I don't have a single negative experience about our time here. The apartments are large and spacious with a rental rate that is very competitive for the area. The community is very dog and family friendly. My kids absolutely love the playground and pool. They have a nice fitness center and a clubhouse that is always clean and available for reservations if you are hosting a gathering. The management and maintenance team have always been friendly, professional and very helpful. If your looking for a safe quiet place for yourself and family you need to to consider this place. I promise you won't be disappointed. Our lease is coming up for renewal soon and we will absolutely renew with them again.

We've lived here for 2 years now and have been comfortable living in our apartment. They are very good at keeping the grounds clean and getting repairs fixed promptly. We love that they are a dog friendly complex. The price for rent is very reasonable. They are great at getting back to you when you have to leave messages, if their not in the office.
