I’ll start off with the pros, the food was good once we finally received it. Now to the cons, they took forever! We ordered enough food for just two people so quantity wasn’t the issue. As we were ordering I asked a question about the lemon pepper seasoning, a prior order I’d received had an EXTREMELY fishy smell and taste. So naturally I asked if they added fish oil or something. The cashier looked baffled and another employee eaves dropping on the conversation spoke up. She missed what I actually asked and attempted to act like I was asking for fish (as though I was dumb), so said, “we sell chicken here” which was pretty funny to us given no one was talking to her and she heard it wrong. We waited 30+ minutes after ordering to actually receive our food. There’s definitely a staff issue there (they’re impolite) but the food, as I’ve said is decent.

Ordered a 10pc traditional , took 42min. Someone ordered before me w/out doing it online and got there food before me . Awful service , unless you order online ahead of time . Likely never gonna order on the spot again .

If I could give less stars I would! We got food there the day before yesterday and that whole night until today my gf and I have been sick with food poisoning!

I would give zero stars to the location on s if I could. Time and time again I give them another chance but every time order the lemon pepper wing they are either dry or way over cooked. This food is expensive I almost spent close to 40$ for some burnt wings and burnt bread and they didnt put butter on top like they are advertised.
