They don't answer thier phones anymore. I went into the store and the lady tells me it's over an hour to get pizza and they are getting to many online orders and can't keep up. So, i decided to go online the next day to order online and you can't even customize the items you want on the website or the stupid app

Went in for a pizza, crazy bread, and some wings. Got home and the wings were cold as hell and seemed like they were sitting out for a while. then the “crazy” bread was COVERED in butter or garlic sauce or whatever. disgusting.

Can someone tell me WHY Little Caesars has gone up on their prices all the while making their pizzas way too small? I promised my family pizza. Went to another spot with disastrous results so I wound up going to LC right by my house. Ordered 3 pizzas. The 1 topping is still $6.99. I ordered a cheese. The Hula and Supreme pizzas that I ordered, however, are both $5 more than what they use to sell for just a month ago. WTHeck?! $13+ and almost $15 for a Little Caesar pizza?! Come on… My one star was for the freshness of the pizza. As for my earlier complaint of the pizza size, OMGEEE, they were so small! (see images of baby sized pizzas) The guy serving me forgot to cut 1 of my pizzas. (see image) What is it with this place and not cutting the pizzas?! Even when they’re “cut”, they’re not… I should’ve just stayed home and cooked, just ugh…

I have had way to many terrible experiences with this Little Caesars Pizza. The app doesn't allow for special instruction. This means I have to try and get someone on the phone to request what I want. They don't answer the phone. My only alternative is to drive down there order in person then wait 30 minutes for the pizza to be made. The last two times they were not able to follow the simple instruction of slice my pizza the same way you slice regular crust pizza... into triangle shapes. Since this has been an ongoing problem I check my order as soon as I get it. They cut it into squares again. I bring it up to the cashier and she shrugs her shoulders and said "oh, I forgot" they also have difficulty filling up the container of crazy sauce. When I confronted the cashier(another time) I was holding up my container that was less than half full and I asked if I can have another one. She wanted to charge me. I said I don't want to pay full price to get another half full item and can she just trade me for one of the full containers of sauce. She got an attitude and snatched up my half full container and told me they all have the same amount in them as she proceeded to shake the half full one to splash the sauce up the sides then holds it next to one she pulls from under the counter that was full. I said thank you and left with my full sauce. Their customer service is the worst I've had to deal with on a regular basis. I've written complaints to corporate with zero results. I don't count the offer of a free pizza as a positive result I would rather see evidence of the company keeping their franchisees up with company standards. They're slogan or motto is Hot & Ready it's been a long time since I've seen anything hot & ready come from this location. I'll eat toasted wonder bread with ketchup and sprinkled with government "cheese" before giving this place another dime.

They wear masks and don't touch the pizzas. There's a little sticker seal that they put on the box to show it isn't tampered with or touched before you get it but it all comes down to trusting that they're doing everything correctly.
