I’ve been a few times because it’s the closest place. I’ve been told “we don’t carry those” right before I find it; told they’ll give me a ten dollar credit for my car battery, but that I can’t leave it with them today. I’m not a car guy, but I’m not a hardware guy either and Lowe’s never gives me a condescending attitude.

They have cleaning supplies right there in the front aisle to make things simple. I came in for my McGuires wax. They have a newspaper holder out front, too.

Visited 10/21/2018 - If you're looking for the best customer service then you can't beat O'Reilly Auto Parts in Palmer. I needed an oil filter and an air filter, but the cheaper brand of air filter was out of stock. The employee gave me the more expensive air filter at the same price of the cheaper one that was out of stock. I got all the parts I needed and O'Reilly Auto Parts got a loyal customer. Thank you for saving me time and money!
