It's okay. Not great. Sometimes the coin operation doesn't work so you have to use your card and get way overcharged. The vacuums don't always work.

I got a mud buster car wash (previously had a mud buster wash 10 days prior). It left my driver door dirty. I called the attendant number and couldn't get through, finally I was able to reach another location and they offered to comp the wash. However I still left with some dirty panels. Oh well I hand washed them... The older gentleman at the second location was very pleasant and easy to deal with and I usually have food experiences with mudbusters.

REVIEW EDIT!!!!! Once the owner read the review I went to a staffed location during hours of operation, as per instructed.(The one on Rupee) The gentleman there educated me that the back requires bug and tar remover first and that the back won't become clean without it. I pulled into a bay, he personally washed my car by hand and I was given the credit as promised. What a stand up company! Keep in mind that, if you drive an Equinox, you may need to hit the rear with a little hands on "love". Thank you Mudbusters for making it right! My 2 star review is now a 5!
