I been banking here for over 20+yrs. This past year I was forced to switch banks as they randomly closed my account that we Repeatedly always deposited payroll checks, weekly direct deposits, and several government deposits. We followed all the rules paid any overdraft in a timely manner etc etc. It still told us that they closed our account due to abuse with no warnings. They switched management people and in that ended up shutting down more than just my checking account. Many members complained about no notice or letters. I found out only when I went to fix an overdraft they took the check deposited it and STILL didn't state they closed my account. I had to go back in and ask why my card wasn't working only to be told it still works only as a debit card cause the checking portion was shut down. Well new year and my card once again doesn't work as anything and I need to fix it. It seems like a massive buisness overhaul or policy change for what constitutes as abuse needs to be communicated to members especially when they decide to close down your accounts without any reason other than unspecified abuse to an account that was always had money deposits in a regular timely fashion without fail every week. They tried to blame it on too many withdrawals for small amounts being charged after I deleted them from my bank that kept paying anyway.

Went to the one on pitman road The website I looked at said they were open so I drove there to do my business got to the door and it says temporary closed not real happy
