The woman who helped us was all by herself and it was only her second day. Didn’t catch her name but she did great considering it was very busy. Sandwiches were perfect!

While ordering our subs there was a very nice middle age white woman helping us and doing a great job when the Indian employee was restocking the vegetables and the nice lady needed the cucumbers in her hands. She politely grabbed the cucumber container out of the Indian hand and said thank you. The Indian gal told her never to do that again and was very rude to the nice woman. The Indian gal finished our subs and was so rude to us and didn’t listen to what we wanted on the sub and put what we didn’t want in the sun. The people behind us in line along with ourselves where in shock how she acted. Very unpleasant experience.

Couldn't order online. Couldn't get a Subway card. Not accepting any coupons. No Italian dressing for my Italian sandwich. No ice when I went to get my drink. No napkins when I went to eat my meal. When I went to pay for my meal my debit card was declined. I have never paid over $15 for a Subway value meal! And then they wanted to know if I would like to add a tip!! The worst subway experience I have ever had in 35 years I will not be going back to the Fillmore Utah Subway store ever. But wait there's more! I guess I should have waited the hour till after I had eaten my sandwich to give my full review. So I'm editing my review to add explosive diarrhea to my list! I should have asked for a seatbelt for the toilet instead of napkins!
