An awful place to live. To keep it short I will just name reasons on why this place is genuinely unsuitable for human beings to live in. The only reviews the owners respond to is the fake ones that rate the place 5 stars.. 1. Rats 2. Faulty utilities. 3. Month-long waits for utility repairs. 4. Non-existent maintenance 5. Zero security 6. More rats 7. Rude office workers (I personally haven't had a problem with them but nearly every single review on this place mentions them being rude so I decided to include it anyway) 8. Constant rent raising And probably much more which I can't think of at this moment. 2/15 more rats

Unfortunately i do not recommend you move here and the reasons why are explained below. The only good thing here is no lease so you have the flexibility to move out. I wanted to actually give no stars. This place has new owners for a few months now. And let me tell you looks like the new owner cant even afford to hire maintence workers. There is only 1 or 2 working here for a huge complex. Does not care about the tenants repairs that is needed. You will be waiting for a couple months. Yet they are raising the rent here while not fixing things in a appropiate manner. Also the manager is not very friendly with the tenants like the old manager was Roger. I heard from multiple people that most of the old mantainence workers quit cause the new owner wanted to give pay cuts. Looks like someone cant even afford to keep up this place. It was great here once they fixed things right away and we had a professional manager with friendly people skills.

SLUM LORD HOUSING RENTER BEWARE Horrible place to live. The staff is practically non existent, the front desk secretary Susan is horrible and should not work here or anywhere for that matter. She’s very unprofessional makes excuses for everything. Especially when there’s an issue with the apartment. Work orders take months to complete and when they eventually get things fixed it’s not done right everything gets jerry rigged. Susan also mentioned the reason the work orders take forever, and it’s due to the new maintenance mans equipment getting “stolen” (if they even hired one). Which I don’t believe in the slightest. She should be fired. Rents were also raised during the pandemic as well and just recently too. Even when nothing gets fixed here. I’ve been waiting months to get issues in my restroom fixed and nothing still. Issue has been ongoing before April. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

The Knolls is a great place to live and the employees / staff are the best in the business. There have been neighbors / residents who have moved out and then realize that they made a mistake, comeback and place them selves on a one year waitlist and when its their turn to move back in they are so grateful. Its easy to knock a community if you are part of the problem or you have not lived there and easy to criticize the employees if you have not done that type of work yourself. Why should someone make it seem like they should flip through pages or try and go through the motions to satisfy you....(Cali Delinquent) is that what you do at your job pretend like your doing work. If you your not on their official waitlist or appointment schedule don't expect preferential treatment, this is an affordable housing community with rules and regulations that have to be followed. And if you can not follow the rules don't give a bad review one star with a cheap comment how its not your fault and its the office staff and then walk away. Glad you made to much money and can't live here.

Yes but you need to pay extra to have a dog
They only have 2 bedroom townhouses
Not sure, it's best to just be honest and talk with the office before hand. Also, it's best if he has proof of any classes, related or non- related court documents or work that shows he's stopped or willing to stop previous behavior. .. Its always best to let the leasing office know ahead of time before they find out. They're pretty nice and understanding
They are all 2 bedroom 2 bath townhouses with central heat and air. I've lived here 10 years and love it
