We were referred to this place by a non profit pet rescue and made an appointment. I took my cat in today to get spayed, the lady came to the door and very rudely said that the dr called in sick. Told her we weren’t informed and thanked her. She then went on to tell us that we couldn’t park in the front, we were already leaving and she kept arguing on and on about not parking there. Another couple approached her and she was super sweet to them. Talk about racist!!! People at this clinic need to take some customer service skills training or get a job they’re actually happy to be at.
