Call and ask about it when you make an appointment. You need documents to prove it and you must turn them in before your appointment. I believe it's $35 for a cat and it costs more for dogs.
Yes, I believe like Social,Security, food stamps and other low income requirements allows a spay or neuter for $25, but call and double check, a new price list came out last year, and I only paid attention to our shelter costs, not the rest. Love A Pit Rescue
