We weren’t impressed with this location. We ordered using the app but we’re forced to pickup inside instead of at the drive through because “their system was messed up.” Went inside and they had our order “on hold” instead of ready to go. So we had to wait while it was made. When we got our order we asked for extra sauces but they gave us very few. Asked again and they gave us the wrong sauce. After all that our items were shoved together in a single box, rather than separated into separate boxes like the order placed by a family member at the same time. After all that, our meal was short one piece of chicken. My advice? If you want Popeye’s, skip this West Valley location and go to Jordan Landing.

Great place to normally eat. Only went there because of SWEET tea. For some reason Utah doesn't know what that is. However, I ordered a three piece and got all dark meat and to get sweet tea I had to have the workers get it for me because they didn't have it accessable to customers in lobby.

DO NOT EAT HERE! They will give you an order that has literally nothing in it that you ordered, and then close 30 minutes early and refuse to answer the phone. I haven’t eaten here in over a year due to similar experiences, y’all did an excellent job!

Really bad experience I spent $44.58, not sauce, 15 pieces of pretty old reheated chicken tenders witch a pay for 16, a side of cheese literally just cheese…. The only good thing was the mash potatoes. Almost forgot hard toasted biscuit that if bite in to it will break my teeth. I call to speak to the manager but it was no manager and to call the next day . Really poor customer service!!!!
