Stress levels are at 100, I left my wallet a half hour away. Pulled over in the parking lot to express my anger. The kids working saw that today isn't my greatest and brought my whole order out for free and even gave some kind words before I left. 5/5 everyday.

We come all of the time but the last 3 times we’ve come through the inside of the store (note there has been no customers inside or through drive thru) the workers have been nothing but disrespectful like we are an inconvenience to them, they mess up our orders and forget that we ordered, I’ve been yelled at for them forgetting a coffee the past 3 times! we keep saying maybe this time is different but it never is! that is the last time we are supporting this business, we will go to Cortland or better yet not support dunkin at all

Horrible. We had to scream for them to hear us over the drive thru speaker. They handed us a scorching hot coffee with hot coffee dripping from it. Manager was screaming. Just not good.
