Order inside on the computer. Was told by the cashier that I would have to dine in to order. She did not let me tell her I already order and wanted to pay for it with cash. Also didn't have any large cup for my drink. So I end up with for medium cups for a large pop. While I was waiting I notice some trash on the floor and a couple of lids from the place where they keep the food hot. They can do better.

Hubbard taco bell is ran so poorly. They really went down hill. It's a shame. Service as a customer is poor and same when I pick up delivery orders. They always ignore delivery drivers. Like, We are there to DELIVER for them. If they hate their job so much why don't they quit 🙄 Management needs to clean house. Get some happy respectable people in there, people that don't half a** their job. Like I said they really need to clean house!!!! Period!!! I've never heard from anyone that their experience was good.. it's been a long time. Not to mention all the trash in their drive throu. It's their job to keep that place clean. Corporate needs to send in an undercover boss and they will see for themselves.

Service was amazing. Cashier was very nice and very friendly. She treated me like i was family. The food was hot and delicious like its suppose to be the supervisor was verry nice and made sure the food was the way we like it. Now thats what i call superior treatment. Keep up the good work

We go to this location very often. Over the past few months it has gotten worse and worse with orders. Stuff missing. Tacos made completely wrong. Even telling them we have allergies and still have the order messed up. Wait time is forever long sometimes. Now today to receive my oder with ingredients I did not want in 2 tacos, potato bowls having ingredients that are usually in them. We were the only car in the drive threw and that was my last straw of dealing with this. It has happened far to many times and we will not be going back. Definitely lost a whole family order in the future.
