This was the first time taking my new car in for service. Speaking to David was very pleasant. I was under the assumption that the services needed were free and/or under warranty and/or extended warranty. David made me aware that wasn't true. I wasn't expecting to spend any money. I had a coupon and was charged $176. Thank God for the payment plan, otherwise I wouldn't have gotten my car. I bought my car in December 2021 and now six months later I'm paying for regular service. I thought being a AAA member would give me perks but I was wrong. Overall, I love my car, some of the service was done and David was great.

Awesome experience buying a car from this dealership!! I dealt with Art Simons he was so helpful and accommodating! He walked me through the whole process and made buying my brand new car so easy. So happy with my purchase and my overall experience! I can’t say enough great things about it. I totally recommend this dealership and ask for Art Simons he is awesome!!!

Chris z. Was awesome he made it smooth as possible. Arman was very funny and helpful as well. The only problem I had was taking the delivery of the truck. We were handed the book and sent on our way. He didn't show us anything about the truck.

When I visited Win Chevrolet, I figured that their service would be on par with Win Hyundai. I was fooled.... Now mind you, I have owned two Hyundai Sonatas and this is my first time owning a Chevy. I give this place two stars because service in general on a SUV is expensive, however, this dealer had coupon on their website. I scheduled my service for an oil-change, tire rotation and multiple point inspection. The Service Advisor that did my intake was not cordial at all. I understand being an even tempered person, however, when working within customer service position, being cordial and friendly comes with the job. If you don't like your job, then find a new one. With that said I let the service manager know that their advisor wasn't cordial during the intake and I wanted to give that feedback. The manager, Herman, tried to excuse the behavior of his advisor, but I wasn't buying it. Well...... I provided my contact information, address and other essential information. I dropped my SUV at 9:30am, the service was completed 10:57am. However, I had to call at 1:30pm to ask if my SUV service was completed. The Service advisor tells me that he called and texted me. I received no text, I received no phone call. I return to the dealership to pick up my SUV and see that the information I provided wasn't even listed on the documents details the services I requested. What was listed was information I provided WIN HYUNDAI over 5 years ago. An address I haven't lived at in 5 years and phone numbers I have never have been associated with. The fact that he didn't even referenced the information I provided during the intake lets me know he does a piss poor job at reviewing details. Upon arrival, they didn't even talk to me about the needs of my SUV, I paid and left. It's terrible sad when folks have the potential to do their jobs well but don't. I will never bring my SUV back to Win Chevrolet.

My car had to stay overnight because the software update wasnt taking and i asked for a loaner, they told me i could rent a car from enterprise. That made me mad, so i went to work late that day cause i wasnt paying for a rental
That's just a preview. Wait till your car is in there care and your at there mercy. Don't do it!
Best to ask a lawyer.
Definitely! While not through a straight trade we can definitely work with you to get the car you want. Come on in.
5pm for an oil change. Anything more than that, please call ahead. Thank you
Market adjustments, should have taken the money and run. The market changes daily like Wallstreet 🤪
Not good my friend
Noooo, very bad service ....
Sorry I can't help you
Yes you can But there's a term Call being upside down meaning if you owe more than the vehicle is worth that cost maybe added in to your new purchase.
