The store is cleaner and better stocked, and the employee's are getting better, so I bumped it from a 3 to a 4.

Very crowded, inventory is everywhere and the wait, if there's a line to actually check out is usually a nightmare. The staff are pleasant and always very busy. The store is extremely busy at almost all times of the day. I would suggest adding another associate or 2 to the floor to prevent the pile ups throughout the store, and to give your staff some much needed relief at times.

I work close by and come here on the regular. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful. COVID has things a bit of a wreck with being understocked and understaffed at times, but they usually have what I'm looking for and would expect to find at the Dollar Store, and sometimes more.

This is not my favorite Dollar General. The set up is a little odd compared to other stores. I had difficulty finding things. It was kind of a mess as well. I know they have to stock shelves, but they have carts all over the store and in the middle of the aisles. Maybe it was just the day & time I went. The employees aren’t as cheerful or helpful compared to others. It could have just been the day, like I said before. Sometimes retail can be stressful, so I don’t want to say they were rude. I think they expect the cashiers to do the stocking, when they should hire some people JUST to do the stocking...which probably affects the messiness. Then you have cashiers trying to run register, stock shelves and help customers & keep a store clean? That sore needs some help.
