Drinks are made extremely inconsistently at this location. Rarely do I get a drink that tastes like what I ordered but rather river water. Don't order the food, it tasts like freezer burnt cardboard which is pretty consistent with other locations I've visited. For being an all day breakfast place their food is nasty except for the donuts. However food is an overall dunkin issue not location specific.

Limited donuts at 2 pm. Two employees seemed agitated. One questioned me like I was stupid about 'angel creme' filled donuts. It appeared she didn't like her job. Woman who made my coffee was very nice...

So I had a free drink from my app and I ordered a White Mocha hot chocolate on the app and went to pick it up on 11/15/21 around noon. The sweet girl at the window informed me they didn’t have what I ordered so I just said I would do a regular hot chocolate instead! I knew something wasn’t right when it took awhile and then another sweet girl came to the window to tell me their hot chocolate machine wasn’t working right and that the first girl was trying to make my hot chocolate by hand! I said she did not have to do that and I would be just as happy with a french vanilla iced coffee with cream and sugar and the first girl came back and handed me her handmade hot chocolate (which was fabulous and so delicious) and the second girl gave me an iced coffee which I offered to pay for so that didn’t mess up their inventory and they did not let me! These girls were the sweetest and deserve all the recognition in the world!! Thank you girls for making my day fabulous!😊

Went through the Drive-Thru & ordered a bagel toasted with strawberry cream cheese for my kids go home to find that they put mayonnaise on the bagel. When I call them in they say they don’t even have mayo, so I drive over to them with the Bagel and they say they have mayonnaise but it’s only out of the mayonnaise packets so please tell me how and I got Mayo on my bagel. I asked around to see if anybody there made a mistake and they all said it wasn’t them but that’s kind of weird since that only happened 15 minutes prior.That is not an accident was also told by an employee there which I will not name that they purposely do things to people if they feel you are being rude in the drive-through line.
