Went with an associate to pick up a vehicle here he purchased thru their auction... great buy! Low price and extremely friendly, courteous, people that work their. BUT dont ask for cable jumpers or tools to borrow.. they will tell you NO! and treat u like they have never seen or met u before!

10/10 RECOMMEND this towing company! I had Marty and Barry help me out that were both very professional, friendly and efficient. I called to have my car towed and the truck showed up within less than 10 minutes. I got it towed for 100 miles and rode with Barry who was great company. Thank you again :)

The people that answer the phones and work in the offices are extremely rude! I called after my mom had called and spoke with Taylor who was very rude she also spoke with the manager who both hung up on her. I called back asking extremely nicely to inform how rude they both were and she got very aggressive with me and hung up on myself as well. I know that being angry and rude doesn't solve anything and I wanted to speak with her on a nicer level and she still was very rude and hung up on me. Speaking with people over the phone is where you need to be the nicest and they have failed in that department. I do not recommend Jan's towing at all due to two separate experiences.
