The lady at the Apollo tag and title is hilarious. She will keep you on your feet with funny banter, while reviewing your documents for notarization. She is very informative and helpful along the way! Don’t try and have anything notarized that shouldn’t be. Make sure your addresses match your ID though! She gets everything taken care of for you, CORRECTLY!

Went to get my car loan paper notarized. Extremely rude. Told her I was upping my payment gave me a look like I was stupid. Proceed to notarize 2 papers when I only needed one, charged me double. Then refused to give my change back.

I went to get a salvage title for my vehicle just recently and the office manager would not accept the title. Was very rude and said what did you do to this title in a very offensive way. Then proceeded to tell me about her title problems and automatically became defensive when I questioned it. I was very polite with her regardless of the reception I received. There was a small tear in the title which did not deface any of the information or signatures that they needed. I am currently at Jack Maggs and they gentlemen here told me that the title was sufficient and there was no problem whatsoever with processing. Now I wonder if she was discriminating.
