They're prices were what we were looking for, but we'd rather drive all the way to monroeville and pay triple the price to recieve some decent customer service. I can deal with cold people, but I will not buy from a place that treats me like I'm an inconvenience. So disappointing

The free roaming cats make this pet shop an enjoyable experience! The owners are always pleasant and very helpful. The prices are pretty good too.
