This is the 2nd time I ordered online from this place and I should have looked before I left but I was in a hurry...but I ordered an Extra most thinnest pizza and got a stupid Hot and Ready pizza instead!!!! I'm upset with myself for not looking 😒. 3rd time is a charm. I hope the next time I go to this place they get it right!!! After all I Am Paying Extra for the THIN CRUST PIZZA!!!! I only order from Little Caesars because of my grandson, it's his favorite!!! But the look of disappointment 😞 😕 😒 when it's NOT THIN CRUST is enough to just drive even further to get the right pizza!!!!

Everyday l call to order and nobody answers 😕 today l went to order and they told me that they had one simple Hawaiian pizza left over and l didn't receive it because l wanted to pay for something that l wanted to order a Hawaiian pizza with cheese in the crust and another order of pepperoni then they told me that they could receive my order because it was at 8 25 comsider for them "late" and that they were busy so l show them the calls l made at 8 and nobody answer and they told me that they don't have the obligation de answer because other people order by phone and don't pick up there order. Yesterday l went to order a pizza and they told me that l can order only a cheese pizza because it was already late (8:30)

I’m not trynna be rude but at 4:35pm on Saturday afternoon when I went to little Caesars On 3rd ave All the employees were busy and I get that but when I went in this Philipino lady who works there took my order I I said two cheese deep dish I payed 11$ for my order she quickly took my order and went back inside in few when I came to pic my order I saw it was pepperoni cheese pizza I told her I said cheese only but she refused and said it’s MY FAULT WHEN I WAS CLEAR ABOUT MY ORDER AND SHE WAS IN A RUSH:( just to let everyone nw she has some serious anger issues and ready to fight with the customers I didn’t wanted to argue so I asked if I can get a refund or get my order right she said NO ITS MY FAULT SO I LEFT THE Premises instant and had to order another pizza at another pizza shop :/
