The smart train is amazing however this stop is a little bit misleading as it is a bit of a ways from the airport. There is a shuttle run by Sonoma transit to and from the airport terminal, however only at select train times.

This has been the best commuter stop for us people who need to get work in Marin County. The parking is right front of depot and for now has enough spaces . The down side is the lack of a paved/concrete parking area( mud from rain).

Overnight parking is not available at SMART parking lots.
There is free parking for the restaurant (under 2 hrs). The rest you have to pay for.
Not very easily. You would need to take Smart from the airport to San Rafael, a bus from the last stop to the ferry, Bart from the ferry to Amtrak, then Amtrak down to Bakersfield- possibly with portions of that trip by bus.
If you are coming from the 101 fwy it's on the left side of the road but the parking lot is not clearly visible depending on what direction you are coming from so be sure to tell your uber or lyft driver. The address I have for the Airport BLVD Smart Train Station is 1102 Airport Blvd
