This place is a joke! The Manager is a liar....they lost my package, couldn't tell me where it was at! When they finally did locate it, they wouldn't give me my money back unless I left the box with them with all the stuff inside!!!! What since does that make!

Wow I have never felt so uncomfortable in a store. The environment and the whole energy of this store is so heavy. You can feel it the second you walk in. I am an African American woman who was just trying to ship some stuff out. The staff there are so incredibly rude and disrespectful. I did not feel like they wanted me to be there. I don’t like to assume that people are racist. But I definitely do not feel comfortable doing business here and will not come back. They also use pictures from other nicer ups stores on their yelp account. Talk about false advertisement.

By far the worst customer service experience so far at a UPS location. I've been here before for several services however, I called ahead of time and asked if appointments were required for notary services and the team member stated no, walk ins only. I proceeded to stand in line and a nice team member Ray assisted me. He told me about 1 person ahead of me, 10 min wait. Another staff member abruptly talked over Ray and loudly stated it was 20 min wait, he then said there's only 1 person and again this team member said 20 mins. The notary who was assisting another customer was then pulled to a register. The store was empty and still I was instructed to wait. I waited 45 mins before Ray came back to help me. I feel I was discriminated against and severely mistreated as paying customer. The staff was unprofessional and rude. I read the google reviews after and they all are about bad customer about experiences. How long is this going to continue ?
