My family and I lived here for over a year and we loved it. Everyone was friendly and it’s very quiet. The manager Beth is very helpful and welcoming. The only reason we moved was because we bought a house. We would still be there had we not. I highly recommend!

For their part, the management staff is extremely friendly and prompt with any and all service requests. Anything that I ever needed fixed was typically taken care of within 24 hours. Buildings are slightly dated, and ran in to some minor maintenance issues every so often. For the price, however, it was more than worth it.

Have lived here since the beginning of 2018. No issues until recently with our A/C unit, but I have never been more pleased with maintenance service before. Joe was able to come out the same morning to check out our problem, has kept us updated and informed every step, and even offered portable A/C units while the necessary repairs to our unit are completed without us even having to ask. He answered every question I had and then some, and had a portable unit in our apartment and running in less than 10 mimutes. I am grateful for the above and beyond service and truly feel that we are valued as residents at the complex, not just some people who pay rent.
