Tried having a conversation about an issue with PGE, and the lady was nothing but rude and unsympathetic to what I was trying to explain.

What can I do about a propane company that wants me to pay for them picking up their own tank after I've cancelled their service and am paid up?

The Oregon Public Utility Commission does not regulate propane gas service providers. However, the information below may be helpful for you. It seems the Oregon Office of State Fire Marshal may be a better resource for you. Propane License Requirement Any individual or business doing propane work in Oregon must obtain a license from the Oregon Office of State Fire Marshal. For additional information on license types, see the Liquefied Petroleum Gas website. (Reference Oregon Revised Statutes 480.432)

The Oregon Public Utility Commission does not regulate internet services. We would recommend contacting your local internet service provider(s) and see what options they may have available for you.
