I've been coming here for 30 years have recommended it to many many people. The gain rolls are bomb! Only semi negative is I wish they would fix some of the blemishes of the appearance inside. I know times have changed but the customer service could step up a bit. However overall the place is awesome.

Went in yesterday trying to support local, got both bad service and food. We arrived in the evening and got in line, the cashier looked to be friendly to the person in front of us but when we where next he shifted his tone and facial feature like we did something to annoy him. He was not helpful at all when we ordered and was short with us. My wife and i felt uncomfortable, The store was pretty messy and the tables around us where not cleaned up in the 20 mins we where there. I was willing to overlook this if the food did not taste the way it did... horrible. When the food came out it was horrible I mean bad, this place is a shell of its former self. The garlic knot was under cooked and the pizza was somehow hot and cold, it looked like they just threw up the toppings on a already made pizza. When I picked up a slice all the toppings fell off. The best part of the pizza was the crust because it was not salty as hell. I recommend not going here until they get a change of staff, better training, better food. I am mainly writing this because I have extream stomach pains due to their food right about now and have been stuck in the bathroom all evening due to the food. Tossed the leftover in the trash.

Walked to order desk and stood there for several minutes while 2 people were engulfed in their smart phones. The place was practically empty. Usually you get salad first thing, but it came finally with my baked spaghetti. Then 2 homeless people came in and ordered food and drink, but had no money. The lady kept walking by me staring at me. Used the bathroom before leaving, but the smell was so bad I started to vomit! Won't be going back any time soon. Thus used to be a favorite of mine.

The Bank rolls are delicious! Shrimp salad is also Onpoint! I drove 40 min to get these! They are worth it!
