This place is ALWAYS packed. There is never a good time to go here. You're better off going somewhere else if you don't want to wait hours upon hours. And then still end up in the ER for over a week because you were misdiagnosed. Don't waste your time or money here if it's not necessary.

Doctor was nice but the nurse who registers was horrifying. I was told to repeat my reason for my visit while in the waiting area with other ppl. No privacy!

Went here on a Friday after my daughter got her finger closed in a door. It was bleeding, purple, she lost her nail, and I was in fear that it was broken. On arrival, the door was locked and you had to call to gain access to get inside. Upon explaining to whatever woman (who was snippy and snotty) on the phone what was going on they wouldn't open the door until I provided proof of insurance. This whole time my 4 year old daughter was crying, bleeding and in pain. We just ended up leaving because emergencies are meant to be taken care of as emergencies and insurance is to be filled out during or later. Imagine the amount of greed behind the polices at this place. Beware when going here, I don't think you'll receive the best care here. Me personally, I'll never even think twice to go back here. You shouldn't either.

Stated I thought it may be sinus. Had facial pain going into gums, ears. Was told by the PA that she was not a dentist or ENT and she had no clue what was wrong. Didn't even look at my sinuses until I asked. Never looked in my ears, etc. Was able to get an appointment with my personal PA the next day and guess what? She had answers and I'm finally feeling better. Only gave 1 star because it was required.
