Used express service. It was quick, thorough and efficient. The person that did the registration was courteous and very pleasant. He politely answered all of my questions. The best part of the experience, it didn't cost me anything because I purchased the service plan when I bought the car. I highly doubt the Bowser Service Department.

Went in for oil change and tire rotation and during the inspection there was a problem with the steering. This was explained and I had it taken care of. Thank goodness for this inspection when all cars come in for service as it saved me from having a steering issue. The service adviser, Ian, explained everything in detail and provided solutions. The work was done promptly and I was on my way. I’ve been using Subaru Service at Bowser and referring others there for years and they are absolutely wonderful. Everyone is helpful, caring, experts in their field and always find a solution. That you Bowser. You have a fantastic staff!!!!!!

Our salesperson, Mike S., was great. He knew the product very well and guided us through the process. The only knock, and not the fault of the dealership, is they were extremely busy and it took a while to get to our paperwork. However, once we were able to get to our paperwork, Ken got us through it, telling us he got us a better rate than we expected and made sure we had everything we needed to drive off the lot knowing we would have our Outback for a long time. On a side note, this is our family's third purchase from a Bowser dealership in a row. I don't think we will go anywhere else, unless they do not sell a specific vehicle.

I had a wonderful time. There was a bit of a wait for my new vehicle, but that was not the dealership’s fault by any means. Supply and demand mixed with the microchip shortage simply meant I’d had to wait a few weeks for an arrival. The sales team was great. Got me in and out when it was finally time to drive home in the new car. Friendly and attentive. My purchases was based off of my partner’s experience.

You need to call. Also, if you dont have key code there is a charge to look it up. I dont remember what it costs. As for the remote, i'm not entirely sure.
As a google guide and had recall work done there.
