They are ill equipped to handle walk in’s. If your business is to help people expedite their passport needs in a way that the post office cannot you need to be able to take walk-ins. Or you shouldn’t be in business

This place is amazing! It was only 20 minutes away from my city and well worth the drive. I didn't know I needed an appointment. I showed up with all my paperwork and rep Jazmin Johnson showed me how to make an appointment. Unfortunately they are backed up until the 28th of April. However, she was kind and polite. She helped me with my passport process and it only took about 10 minutes. I really appreciated her service today.

Orange City Passports is great! I took my daughter today to renew her passport. We didn’t have to wait at all. The lady was very helpful and friendly. Make sure to bring all of the documents listed on their website along with a checkbook or money order. They will take your passport photo here for $14. I highly recommend this office. I was expecting a long wait and was very pleasantly surprised. If you need your passport, this is an excellent place to go.

City of orange clerk's office takes passport applications. Also, if you dont have a passport picture, they can take it there for an additional $10. I just went last week between 12:30 and 1pm and i was in and out in about 15 to 20 minutes with my picture taken. Super fast and no people. I was told that their busiest hours are from 2pm to 430pm.
Bringing in old Passports
For expedited passports, they offer an additional fee but I believe it was if you needed it in 2 to 3 weeks. If not then the normal 8 weeks
The city accepts all forms for their processing fee but the federal government wants a check only for their part
