I go to this casino maybe twice a year. I have noticed the crowd this visit was very low. Not much action at the tables. They do not have drink waiting anymore you have to get up from your slot and get your own drink. The 10$ non member fee is gone no more fee if your not a member. So that's a plus. I was there on a recent Saturdaty night for approximately 5 hours. I did not hear many jackpots being paid out. I play all denomination of machines and they were all very tight. My largest win was 150$ on a penny machine. The dollar and 5$ machines were dismal. I mean 3 machine 20 spins each and nothing. I hope you realize the low crowd volume really reduces your chances of any jackpot. I gave up and didn't even spend my limit that's how bad it was. I only lost half my bank roll deferring to how bad the payout ratio was I gave up early and left. In my last 3 visit the machines have gotten tighter and tighter. So Lady Luck I'm saying goodbye. Sorry lady luck even small jackpots keep gambles coming back. But no jackpots sends us elsewhere.

I just called twice and spoke to two different people who didn’t have the answer to my verrrry simple question. One of them was rude and the other was okay. I simply wanted to know the craps table minimum. They both said they didn’t know, to call back when the table games opened, and they gave me two different times for when they open. I asked if they could give me a range of minimums and I got nothing. After reading the reviews of this place, paired with the fact I can’t find out if they charge to get in either…just seems like a waste. What casino charges to get in? The fact they did this at all should tell you they’re struggling and if a casino is struggling, you will get sub-par service and a sub-par experience. I wanted to find out how much money to take before I made the drive there. Guess I just won’t be making the drive there. Lol

Large and spacious casino located in the mountains near Nemacolin. Plenty of games both electronic and table games. The interior was very clean, and staff and security we're both polite and helpful. Definitely enjoyed our day there, and actually stayed longer in the casino then we planned as we also came to the resort to play miniature golf and visit their small zoo. We all had lunch at Otis & Henry's within the casino itself. I've included a picture of the Chicken club sandwich and also of the spinach salad. Nice portions at reasonable prices. Our waitress was quite helpful and very pleasant. As far as gaming went, I broke even and my friend came out a little ahead so no complaints there. Will definitely go back.
