Beaverton Jazzercise with Laura Mathhys and her instructors are my life-line to fitness. Better than any prescription. Always lively, energetic, personable, fun and changes things up regularly to keep things interesting. Laura puts her heart and soul into our group of regular followers and always welcomes new members too. She knows everyone by name too and she has a LOT of people to remember. Her instructors are all carefully selected and amazing too. I can't wait to get back into the class again but in the meantime I am faithfully following her and the other instructors virtually for daily Jazzercise until Covid clears.

The energy and dedication of the instructors at Beaverton Jazzercise are without parallel. The efforts of the instructors to maintain schedules and access to sessions has been remarkable. The online and in studio classes have allowed so many of us to maintain our mental and physical health, and to continue to have the comfort of community. Thank you all so much.

This is my happy place; all of the instructors are kind & motivating. Jazzercise is so great for my mental and physical health. I've been a member for over 4 years. This workout is a great option during covid as there is no shared equipment with other members and there is plenty of space to spread out.

Five Stars!!! "Positive attitude booster and my secret weapon for a great day!" I've been working out with the Jazzercise Beaverton since before the pandemic lockdown, and it is even more helpful than ever during our current challenging times! I do the early class, live on facebook most days. Each instructor is friendly and helpful :) and I've tried them all. Music selection is so much fun, I build up daily active minutes on my fitbit each time, no matter the class. The sets can be interval or other variations and those of us on facebook feel like a real part of the community. Instructors are always showing alternative ways to moderate any challenging routines. I used to workout at the gym, even take group classes there, but this is far more enjoyable and the workout is terrific! I highly recommend Laura,Wendy, Ayana, Shannon, Teri, Nicole, Hailee and all the instructors :)

Google the location you are interested, for the class times. Show up about 10 minutes before class to enroll, and bring debit or credit card. Stay for class! You will need gym clothes and water bottle. Later, you can get your own weights, bands, etc., and leave there in locker. It's a gym, basically
