I bought a package and some of the bulbs were out in all of the beds on the level I was using. I asked to use a lower bed and was told no I had to stay in the level I paid for. I asked about the bulbs. I was told they had them ordered, but it was over 2 months and the bulbs still weren't replaced. I actually saw them selling packages to beds with bulbs that were out. I finally complained enough that they told me they would give me a free month but they wanted me to remove the review I had posted. I said sure after I get the month. Needless to say I never heard from them again.

Great tanning beds, a little pricey. But, if you want to help work on your tan you want the best bed. Great customer service.
