I love this Community and it’s a great school district, that’s a plus! New owners took over and the management and maintenance are super nice. I can’t wait to see what other improvements they will do!! Move in you won’t be disappointed:)

I’m looking to move from my current complex to Kenton Reserve. I went today to see about availability and all I can say is WOW! Amanda is beyond amazing. She is so welcoming and I felt at home immediately. She was very easy to talk to and she explained every thing step by step. I also was able to meet the maintenance man and he was pretty cool. I have submitted my application and I hope me and my son get to call this place home.

The new property manager Amanda is absolutely amazing and genuine and she is here just as much as she is at home and wants this place to feel like home for everyone. Frank the top-notch Maintenance Guy will go above and beyond to make sure that your home is in perfect working condition anything that you need or don’t have he will make sure that it is done and that it is done to your satisfaction. But not only that they are great people just to get to know and have conversations with! They both are always coming up with ways to make the property look and be better the renovations that they have done to not only the landscaping but the apartments is truly amazing! Thanks for all you guys do!

I lived here before it was Kenton reserve and I have to say since the new management has come in a lot of changes for the better have happened. Amanda is awesome and very understanding. She will listen to you and get things done. You can go in anytime while the office is open. COMMUNICATION IS EXCELLENT!!! E-mails and notes in our doors about everything that is going on. Just make sure your information for e- mails and calls is correct, you read it, and you won’t miss anything!
