Brought our family here for a donut run while passing through independence and we were so impressed with the customer service. I wish I would have gotten his name but the guy helping us at the counter (has long blond ish hair and a beard) was so helpful, kind and overall just made our day better. I just can’t seem to have a good experience here this past year or so :( Every time I try to get something to eat here it takes so long in the drive thru, even if there’s only a few cars in line. It’s so frustrating. Most recent experience took almost 20 minutes, there were only 4 cars in front of me. We all got pulled forward to wait for food. After I finally asked the girl who handed food to one of the cars that ordered after me if she knew how much longer mine would be because I needed to get back to work, she went in to check then came out with my food a minute later, said they had been finishing up the hash browns. I get home and the hash browns are so burned they are black, and my stuffed bagels were so cold it seemed like they had been in the fridge.

This staff is so friendly. The egg bites are delicious!! They sometimes taste kind of “microwavy” but a small price to pay for the speedy and delicious service. It is always clean and the staff is happy!! Landin works hard to clean up after every guest.

SUPER INCONSISTENT. You could go numerous times and order the same drink in the same day and it will taste different every single time ! 9 times out of 10 you will be pulled so they can bring you your drink later, even when there is no line. And if you order a hot drink it's never full.
