Wasn't great, everything we ordered was brought out individually and they served the child last. I wasn't very happy with the service but the food was good.

Yesterday, we decided to try this location, as we normally go to the Florence one. There was not a soul there when we arrived. It was a little while before we were greeted, but our drinks arrived fine. We were interrupted by the server when we were trying to speak our order, we had to repeat our orders, I repeated I wanted traditional wings 3 times. We ordered wings, a salad, and a sandwich and it took over 30 minutes. And the salad that was supposed to come out before my wings? The ranch dressing got dropped and dumped all over my dress. I was given a dry bar rag to clean my linen dress off by the food runner after we used all our napkins and were never brought more, I also had to ask for a replacement cup of ranch. Carrots and celery sticks were also thrown atop my wings instead of being placed in a cup like every other location I’ve been to. The servers apologized and kept making me more mad by asking if my dress would be “okay” and one of them eventually brought over some soda water for my dress by the time the ranch dried on my dress. My salad honestly should have gotten comped but we felt like inconveniences to the servers who were on their phones by the kitchen entrance and we don’t believe in asking for free food. The food tasted delicious, this establishment is lucky their cooks are better than their hospitality.

ve been going to this bdubs for 10+ years, and I never really have a terrible experience besides wait times and to-go always messing up our order. Tonight I had great service, quick cook time, and a good experience overall. The waitress was friendly and attentive with our refills and extra requests. Would be a 5 star, but we had to awkwardly stand and wait for the hostess to clean off the tables (at least they were clean) and the table next to us was being dripped on from a leaking ceiling..

I waited 30 minutes for 20 wings and two fries. It was not busy. The wings were undercooked and under sauced. I only received one fry. Also, I was not given any napkins for a to go order. Completely unimpressive from the order to the cashier.
