Customer service is normally good, but the service is hit and miss. Seems like corporate doesn't care about customers in my area, because they are the only broadband internet provider in the area. Only other service is dial up.

If I could give them a zero I would. It took them 4 tries coming to the house & 45 mins of wasted time on the phone & 2 trips to their office to get 1 tv working for brand new service. The channels available are just okay. The ON Demand choices they charge for everything that is not Little House on the Prairie or Network tv.

To be honest, WAVE IS WACK, and that’s putting it nicely. I have their most expensive plan, and we can’t get consistent connection. Always buffering, always. The sad thing is that’s the best provider where we’re at lol. Oh how I miss being back in Portland and having Comcast, and in over 10+ Years, maybe one problem. Good thing we don’t have to work from home, but for what we pay, there should be NO buffering issues at all. Companies like these should give money back if they’re not going to provide what they promise, simple as that.

TLDR; Wave is the best choice for areas that Comcast doesn't service. In fact, I actually get Gigabit internet from Wave when I pay for it, while Xfinity sells me Gigabit internet and only gets me 250Mbps... Wave employees have been great to me- they always go out of their way to sort things out. Highly recommended. Full Review: The gal from the woodburn office, who was there on a weekday evening at closing time, went out of her way to get us an appointment asap. Our original appointment was weeks away, but she watched for cancellations for us and got us in much sooner. Our installer was a nice guy. Very helpful and polite. I got the impression that he had been with Wave for years, yet he was at my house on a Saturday... This seems unfair as he should've been home with his kids. Idk, maybe he asked for the OT... Anyways, do yourself a favor- sign up with Wave instead of Molalla Communications.

Not all areas have our Spanish packaging available. If you go to gowave.com/channel and enter your zip code, the channel lineup for your area will let you know what channels are included in our Spanish packaging and in general.
