Glad you asked! Drive thru closed, I assume because of staff shortage. No problem. I went in and got in line. Was in line for 30 minutes. No orders were taken the whole time. 2 orders went out, one of which was door dash. One of the staff members went on break at about 20 minutes into my wait time. No hustle to any of the staff, of which there were 4 after the one took break. I left after 30 minutes and will NOT be back. Lee's famous recipe 100 times better for taste, service and accuracy of order.

Food was ok. Employees were nice. One of the chicken wings could best be described as that of a dove. When your paying a premium price for food you think the could have thrown an extra one. Not sure why the chairs were upside down on the tables though, if it was due to covid than just remove them. Otherwise it just looks horrible and not clean.

The food was delicious, as always, and I would give the quality of food five stars, but the service left a lot to be desired. Their mobile app wasn't working, so we went inside. There were at least six workers milling around behind the front counter, but the line of customers was still backed up to the door, with only one worker taking orders. Glad we weren't in a big rush to eat tonight!

The people were very nice, but I noted the prices were high. The cashier said it was high because it was in a truck stop, The TA. So the truck stop must make Pop Eyes pay a percentage or something. Cheapest combo was 9.50. I tried to go a’la cart and spent 8.50 on a biscuit, side of beans and rice and a lemonade with no ice. Fox news on TV as dictated by TA. Truckers have to go there because their rigs can't fit fast food restaurants.
