Amazing build your own Pizza place with fresh ingredients! I have never been let down by this place, one of me and my wife’s favorite little pizza places when we’re in the Florence area. Great service and clean atmosphere, recommended for everyone to try!

Normally I love this place but this location put the sauce to the pizza on top of the cheese and toppings when my receipt didn't specify that. It wouldn't have been a big deal, however when I called to talk to someone they answered and hung up twice then didn't answer again. This pizza tasted good but since it was different my youngest wouldn't touch it. I have tried calling a couple more times without an answer at all.

Good pizza. Vegetarian and vegan options. Good value for the money. You can customize your pizza. Gluten free crust also available.

First time at Pieology. Been to Mod and Blaze. Same concept. Not sure about the type of toppings here. Seems more standard than the other two which have some more choices like roasted garlic and olive mix, kalamata olives...also ingredients weren't labeled. Other than that, it was a great pizza. More choices for crusts including a deep dish crust (they only make limited amounts of these so they aren't always available) and a cauliflower crust. Had a watermelon mint lemonade that was fantastic. Would definitely recommend this place. Staff courteous, but not overly friendly. It was closer to closing and place was still clean and no chairs were up or sections closed off which is nice.

11 am to 9 pm. Friday and Saturday 11 am to 10 pm.
Considering how the crew is awesome there at pieology I am sure they would go the extra mile to satisfy you and happily allow you to purchase just a crust
The usual: mask while not eating, they've had to give up more than half of the dining capacity that they pay to lease by spreading tables apart, Each drink cup & lid is already separated, so the public isn't handling a whole sleeve trying to get just one.
We enjoyed it when we went.
