This is one of my go to lunch spots in NKY, this particular location is top tier in the franchise and has the best service, comfy booths, cold beer and delicious burgers.

Liz was absolutely spectacular for our little celebration! She was covering the front door, bar and half the restaurant, all while not making us wait more then a few minutes for anything, never had to request a refill, napkins or a knife, she brought everything, knowing they would be needed. I can't say enough great things about her service. They had roughly 5-6 total people working a full restaurant! You have GOT TO GIVE MAJOR CREDIT to our restaurant workers during these staffing shortages! When you have someone like this working as 4 people, you have got to see this type of work ethic and reward it! SERIOUSLY, Liz didn't skip a beat and needs some type of recognition! Thank you for the superb service!! ASK FOR LIZ!

The wait was 40 minutes for 3. This mainly seemed to be from being understaffed, so I understand. When we did get seated we put in our order and the food arrived quickly. Our server was especially nice and courteous and paid attention to our needs. I would recommend this location, but maybe not on a Friday night.

It's was about 5:45 on a Friday. Just two of us and no wait if we were seated in the bar area. Ordered our food pretty quickly. Drinks came out but no straws. Only to find out later they were wrapped in the napkin with fork that we didn't need to unwrap yet. Wish they had mentioned that when they delivered the drinks. Our burgers tasted great. We had a southern charm burger and a Mad Love burger. If you like a tasty burger with BBQ definitely get the southern charm. My husband said he thought the Mad Love would have been spicer than what it was with the jalapeno relish. He likes spicy so it not being so much disappointed him a little. Still had good taste and was cooked well. We had to ask for a refill of our unlimited fries and we didn't see our waitress again until after we paid and needed to find her to get a receipt because it didn't print from the table kiosk. Overall. Red Robin lived up to the yumminess it usually does if you like a good burger and fries. In and out in under an hour.
