Walk into my mother halfway out of her bed, screaming for help, bleeding all over herself. I refuse to leave because the call button is mearly a suggestion. Lucky to get a nurse within an hour of calling. I get that they may be short staffed but if that's the case they shouldn't admit patients. Wish we had gone elsewhere but it's too late now. I do appreciate all the staff does do but this is ridiculous!
