They took my most precious memories and ruined them. They took NO RESPONSIBILITY, but they took my money! I entrusted Valley Photo Service to transfer my old films to a flash drive, and they mishandled my order. They farmed my order out because they do not do this inhouse. Something they never told me. Now I have missing footage and a flash drive with no beginning and no end. My children will miss out on memories of their parents and grandparents. They even inserted footage of Russian soldiers marching which isn't even mine. I am appalled they didn't even care.

I love using disposable cameras, and this is my favorite place to get them developed. The staff is always friendly, the (good quality!) photos are sent back quickly, and they make it easy to save them onto my camera roll to share.

Awful service. We dropped off photos on Saturday and they said it would take from 3 to 4 business days (they are closed no Sundays), I called them on Wednesday guy told us that they are still working on it, I called back Thursday afternoon and he said it’s gonna be done by the end of the day, I let them know I needed photos ASAP bc I had deadline. No one called me or emailed about the delay, they called me Monday noon and said it’s ready. When I told them I needed photos on Thursday lady said they can’t guarantee that it’ll be done in 4 days and if theres a “rush” it’s an extra pay. Like whaaaaat? What rush if you’re saying that it takes 3-4 days to develop? Never again. The other place I dropped off photos at sent me photos the same day!

Babbie Green I’ve been a satisfied customer of Valley Camera for about 20 years, dealing with videos, equipment, photos, and frames. Recently, a DVD and copy of same, made from a video tape I brought in, was far from okay. I took the original tape and DVD copy to a videographer to deal with. I went to Valley Camera for a refund, not knowing that their policy is to try the job again - to identify what might be wrong with their equipment, as well as to try to complete the order satisfactorily. The video was very important to me professionally, and I was unwilling to give them a second chance. They were amazing! They bent their policy and gave me my refund! That’s how you get a customer for life!
